I have a new follower. Yes, I’m excited over one person. But I’m all about quality over quantity. *waves at another quality follower*
My ears are clogged today, so I don’t hear so well. Last night it was just the left ear, and I thought that might mean I would be walking lopsided today, because you know, ears, balance, all that. But nope. I’m walking just fine. Two hours ago, this had a correlation to writing. It no longer does, so short post today, and probably no post tomorrow.
Instead, just a question. I bought a turkey last night…well…turkey breast. No clue how I’m going to prepare it tomorrow. Any suggestions?
Have a wonderful today and tomorrow, regardless of where you are in the world. Be safe, be smart, and if you’re not in the US, I’ll e-mail you a turkey sandwich so you can enjoy the leftovers with us ^_^

Did you hear that? No? Your ears are still clogged, then.
Moving on!
I don’t cook, so I have no advice with the turkey breast. Lol. Happy Thanksgiving!
The frozen turkey breasts I have cooked two different ways. There is a slow cook method or baking in the oven. If it’s frozen then keep in refrigerator over night to help thaw. The roaster is easy because just add some water with a packet of gravy mix and add turkey then set for slow cook. Will take hours but the end result is still good. In the oven isn’t difficult either. Just put in a baking pan, add a little dry seasoning on it and back. Or it can be placed on a bunch of vegetables as aromatics with a little bit of stock on the bottom of the pan.
