I’ll have a big reveal of my own, or a couple coming up very soon, regarding my upcoming book, Conflict of Interest (think covers, contests, free awesome stuff and more). But for today, it’s only half about me.

I stumbled on this a few weeks ago and then misplaced the link. I’m glad I found it again in time to participate. Here’s the deal, Mina @ Some Dark Romantic & David @ Brits in the USA are hosting this sub-blog hop. I’d explain, but they do a better job:

The Big Reveal is about revealing your theme for the A-Z Challenge before the A-Z challenge and generally – I’m assuming hopping. So go ahead now and shove on this badge. It will be worth your while, I assure you. You will get your reward in heaven and if you fail to make it there, maybe the horny devils in the other place will prod you one fewer time with their pitchforks if you can produce this badge. No guarantees, though, and don’t send your singed lawsuits in my direction if they merely laugh at the badge.

This will be my fourth year doing the A-Z challenge (though in every previous year, I participated as Loralie Hall, and this year I’m the new and re-imagined Allyson Lindt), and every single other year I winged it. No theme other than the randomness that is my stream of consciousness. Unfortunately, last year that kind of burned em out.

But this year I’m coming back with a plan, and today’s post will make me pin down my theme, and then share it with the world so y’all can hold me accountable. Or at least I can feel like someone will. Proverse psychology or something.

Anyway…my theme for the 2013 A-Z Blogging challenge is…

Cubicle Dwellers Need Love Too

Or if you’d prefer: romance in a modern age of office complexes, corporation takeovers and affairs, texting, and the internet.

Because I figure for those of us who spend our days and/or nights glued to the computer, either for work or leisure, the closest most of us will come to a Duke is that poor Nigerian prince who can’t access his millions and just wants to share with you in exchange for your help.

But in a technologically driven world (which mine is, whether or not that’s a good thing), love, relationships, and everything associated with it work differently than they did even 20 years ago.

Are you joining the A-Z madness this year? And if so, theme, or wing it?
